The Register of Approved Gastrointestinal Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists

Clinical Hypnosis is becoming increasingly recognised in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastric disorders.  RAGPH members are all specialist hypnotherapists and hypno-psychotherapists trained in gastro-intestinal disorders.

Background

The Register of Approved Gastrointestinal Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists was set up by Holistic Resources based at Rossendale Hospital to meet a need for specialist hypnotherapists trained in gastrointestinal disorders including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

In January, 2006 RAGPH became a specialist faculty of National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (NRHP).

NRHP is well established Register of Hypno-psychotherapists and a Member Organisation of the United Kingdom Council For Psychotherapy. NRHP is also a member of the European Association for Psychotherapy.
